Solo Aging: Navigating Life on Your Own Terms

A Facilitated Community Conversation

I’m Interested in Solo Aging Conversations

Welcome

What does it mean to grow older on your own terms?

Solo aging can mean navigating later life without a spouse, adult children, or other dependable support system. It doesn't necessarily mean living alone, and everyone's circumstances are different.

Equal Ground Wellness & Consulting invites adults of all ages who are thinking about solo aging to participate in a welcoming, facilitated community conversation.

Together, we'll explore independence, connection, self-determination, and preparing for the future.

Let's Start a Conversation

Our discussion will center on three questions:

  • What does aging on your own terms mean to you?
  • Who is in your corner?
  • What would help you feel more prepared for the future?

Participants are welcome to share their perspectives, listen, and learn from one another. Personal disclosure is always voluntary.

Our First Gathering

Coming Soon!

Our introductory 90-minute gathering will be offered complimentary, with approximately 8–12 participants.

The date, location, and registration details will be announced once arrangements are finalized.

This is a facilitated educational and community conversation, not a psychotherapy group.

Help Shape What Comes Next

At the conclusion of our first gathering, participants will have an opportunity to suggest future topics and express interest in continuing these conversations.

Our goal is to develop future gatherings collaboratively, based on participants' experiences, interests, and priorities.
